Pipe and tube ring roll benders comprise 3 rolls on separate shafts that roll the pipe through the rolls while the top roller exerts downward pressure on the top roll to deform the pipe. Ring Roll Pipe and Tube benders are available in 2 or 3 driven roll machines, with either manual adjustment or hydraulic adjustment of the top roll. Ring roller benders models can be organized in five families, ***** ECO, CE*0, CE*0, CE*0 and CE**0. Welded steel construction and cast iron mainframes add strength and rigidity to the machines, also equipped with forged, treated and rectified chrome-nickel alloy steel shafts. Ercolina rolls are specially heat-treated to obtain the highest material hardness and anti-scratching finishing on profiles. To ensure tighter material grip and higher rolling accuracy, rolls diameters are larger than those that may be presently found on the market. The machine line offers both manual and hydraulic side guides (like the RLI-Hydraulic Side Pressure Rolls) to help minimize deflection on high wall thickness section and complex profiles, such as angles leg-in & leg-out. Ercolina control panels are designed for user friendly bend programming. Operating functions are easy to set, all control menu are multi-languages. For operating Ercolina® Ring Rollers only a brief product training is required. Accuracy and simple operator skills make these machines the optimal choice compared to other very expensive and sophisticated machinery.
